Delivery Information


When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately and also give you your own personal order reference number along with an accurate lead time. We aim to dispatch:
1) Clothing Orders within 7 working days from the date of order.
2) Merchandise Orders within 3 working days from the date of order.

We aim to deliver Group Orders of 10 or more items within 10 working days but this may vary depending on the order details and time of year ordering. Delivery date and charges should be agreed with the Account Manager at the point of ordering. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. 

Please note: throughout our peak periods due to high levels of orders it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order particularly if we are hand making it! \sdverse weather may affect delivery times. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order.


Our standard delivery charge is £5.99 per order and we can deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel islands and Islands and Highlands of Scotland are also £5.99 but may take a few days longer. For Achievers Range orders please allow time for Award approval.

Any orders over £100 are free of charge if you use the online promotion code DofED3L.

If you require an express delivery service on your order we now offer a FAST-TRACK service for £7.50 plus an additional 30% of your basket total. If you place your order before 12:00 midday on a Wednesday we will complete your order and despatch it Thursday on a next day service so that you receive it in time for the weekend. Please ensure you select an appropriate delivery address where somebody is able to sign for your package. Please note that express delivery options are subject to stock availability but should there be any delays we will email you ASAP. Express delivery services are available to the majority of UK addresses however in certain areas it may not be possible.


We also offer a FOC collect in store option at our Dummer Shop. Once your order has been processed, picked and packed and is ready to collect, you will receive a dispatch email. Please check store opening times before collecting.

If for any reason the items you order are not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept informed of the estimated delivery time for your order and given the option of a similar alternative product or the chance to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we dispatch your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made to complete your order.

Worldwide Shipping

Serious Sport has the ability to ship orders worldwide. It is extremely important to us that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason we send most of our parcels using DPD for European deliveries, and DHL for International deliveries. You will be given a personal tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. This will give you all the information needed to track your parcel at any time, making sure you know when to expect delivery. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

The cost of shipping abroad is calculated by the volumetric size and weight of the parcel.

Please note that Serious Sport will not pay customs or import charges, so you should check with your local customs office to see if these are payable ahead of ordering. We will always state the true value of the goods on the invoice and shipping paperwork.
