    • How do I place an order?

      All orders for DofE Clothing are processed and delivered by Serious Sport, our official clothing partner.

      The quickest way is to place your orders online at shop.dofe.org. Alternatively call the team on 01256 398633 or email [email protected]

      If you are buying from the Achievers Range please get your Award approval prior to ordering.

    • How can I pay for my order?

      Orders can be paid for securely online by credit or debit card; unfortunately, we do not accept cheques. If you are a school or company you can apply for a business account, please call Serious Sport on 01256 398633 to do this. Orders will be confirmed once payment has been received.

    • What is the delivery charge for standard orders?

      We deliver anywhere in the UK and all orders have a delivery charge of £5.99, which will be added to each order.

      Any orders over £100 are free of charge if you use the online promotion code DofED3L.

       

    • How will my order be delivered and how long will it take to receive?

      Once your order has been placed online, it will need to be personalised with any logos and personalisation required before being delivered within seven working days to the address you have specified.  

      Orders will be delivered using a tracked service.

      If ordering from the Achievers Range, you should expect your order to be delivered within seven working days from point of Award approval and you will receive an email when your order has been verified by the DofE.

      Group orders will be delivered within 10 working days

    • Can I get my order delivered more quickly?

      If you require an express delivery service on your teamwear we now offer a FAST-TRACK service for £7.50 plus an additional 30% of your basket total.

      If you place your order before 12:00 we will complete your order and despatch it the following day on a next day service. Please ensure you select an appropriate delivery address where somebody is able to sign for your package.

      Please note that express delivery options are subject to stock availability but should there be any delays we will email you ASAP. Express delivery services are available to the majority of UK addresses however in certain areas it may not be possible.

    • I’d like to place a bulk order for my DofE group, how do I do this?

      The Account Managers at Serious Sport are here to help with group orders and should be contacted by phone or email at on 01256 398633 or email [email protected].  

      Group Orders will be delivered within 10 working days of receipt of order.

      Group orders of 10 items are eligible for a discount, which increases with the number of items you order.

    • How do I return/exchange an item?

      We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, please note we can only accept returns with the standard DofE logo only and no added personalisation.

      We will promptly refund the item if unworn and returned in a saleable condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your original order. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights.

      If the product is personalised in any way, we are unable to accept returns unless it is deemed faulty. If a garment is faulty please call Serious Sport on 01256 398633 or email [email protected].

      IMPORTANT – please check our size charts carefully for:

      1. Garments that are personalised in any way are non-returnable.
      2. Non-personalised garments will have to returned at your own cost.

      Top tip – Measure a similar item of clothing in your wardrobe to ensure the best fit against our size charts.

      Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely; therefore, we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service that will require a signature on delivery. We may need to ask you for proof of delivery to process the refund. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.

      We can only accept returns from orders placed after 1 October 2019 and supplied by Serious Sport.

      A returns form will be sent with every order. Please ensure any returns have your order number included.

    • Will I receive a proof for my order?

      You will see the personalisation details in the basket prior to checkout. Please double check these details as checking out will be confirmation by the customer that these details are correct and the garments will go into production.

      Please note: the on screen visuals of the personalised garments show an approximate placing of the printed DofE logo, centre, role and name, and are not an actual representation of the finished garment

      Special group orders, including those with additional school or company logos, will receive a proof and quotation for approval prior to production.

    • I haven't received my order confirmation.

      Please check your junk mail, and also set [email protected] as a safe sender email address.

    • How will my order show on my bank statement?

      Your bank statement will show an order from ‘Serious Sport’ which is DofE's clothing partner.

    • There isn’t enough space in the box for my personalisation?

      Due to size limitations, personalisation on the front is limited to twenty characters per line, and the back is limited to ten characters.

    • I’d like to change the details of my order. Am I able to do this?

      If you need to make a change, firstly log in to your account  and if you product has not been picked for embroidery yet, you will be able to amend your order online.

      However, if you are unable to do so please call Serious Sport on 01256 398 633 and they will check the status of your order and see if they can make your changes.

      If your order has already been embroidered they will be unable to make any changes.

    • I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?

      If you’d like to add to your order please call Serious Sport on 01256 398 633 with your order number and they will do their best to add to your order. Please be aware that if you order has already been shipped this would then be a new order.

    • I have ordered a range of different garments in the same colour but the shades are different?

      Due to garments being manufactured in different types of material we are unable guarantee colours will be an exact match. We have tried to match garment colours across different styles as closely as possible however, some shades will vary.

    • What is the last day I can order to ensure delivery before Christmas?

      Please place your order on this website by midday 16 December 2019 for a pre-Christmas delivery. Any Group Orders needed before Christmas should be discussed with your Account Manager, and need to be delivered to an address that someone can sign for.
